Commercial points to capture

The final agreement should clearly define the membership term, cooling-off and cancellation rights, service area, included-visit allowance, what qualifies as an eligible fault, excluded/pre-existing faults, parts/materials, additional labour rates, access/missed appointments, annual plumbing health check scope, boiler-service scope, subcontractor arrangements, complaints, liability, data use and renewal.

Regulatory wording

Do not publish a definitive statement that FlowChoice is outside FCA regulation until the final contractual obligations and marketing have been reviewed. Product classification depends on substance, not simply the label “membership”.
